Arkansas is the House of Greyjoy

The House of Greyjoy is a relative newcomer to the power structure of Westeros. They have money and resources, but they still lag behind the Lannisters and some of the other houses of Westeros. With their fleet of ships, they might one day be among the elite power players

Arkansas has the resources to compete with the big boys in the SEC, but they still haven’t quite managed to consistently be among the best.

As a result, the natural alignment in the Game of Thrones world is to the House of Greyjoy.
