Finding time for Leo Lewis to start would be difficult for the Mississippi State football coaching staff. Richie Brown led the team in tackles a season ago, but Brown never had a competent back-up to spell Brown when he needed a rest.

If Leo Lewis is as talented as he was billed in high school, that won’t be the case in 2016. Lewis was the top rated inside linebacker of the 2015 signing class, and he probably has more God-given ability than anyone else at linebacker on the roster. Expect Lewis to make his presence felt on the team, and expect him to do so this spring.
