#48 Ray White, Basketball Guard (1976-1979)

Ray White was a fixture on the All-SEC teams in his playing days. In three of the seasons he played for the Mississippi State Bulldogs, White was on at least one All-SEC Team. White was a prolific scorer for the Bulldogs. His 1,652 points still ranks fifth all time in school history. And remember, this was an era where there was no three point shot. It’s a pretty impressive feat. Ray White would get drafted by the Los Angeles Lakers in the 4th Round of the 1979 NBA Draft.
