Hugh Freeze

Average Recruiting Ranking in the SEC: 7th
Winning Percentage: 8th
Hard Working Rating: -1

Hugh Freeze has raised the profile of the Ole Miss Rebels to a national level. The Rebels have become a great recruiting school with Freeze at the helm.

And that is why Freeze finds himself toward the bottom half of this list. Freeze has proven he can get his team motivated to win huge games. The number of teams that have beaten Saban at Alabama two years in a row is minimal.

But getting the team to play consistently each game has proven to be a difficult task. There always seems to be a head scratcher about why the Rebels lost to a team like Arkansas this past weekend. And those questions will continue until Freeze puts together a complete season.
