Mark Stoops actually tied with another coach with a -1 rating. I went with Stoops because it should have been easier for him to move up since he was so low to start with.

And considering how poorly Kentucky has recruited, it would be easy to just accept the Wildcats would be bad. But they are underperforming even when they recruit at some of the lowest levels in the conference.

It’s possible they figure some things out, and they right this ship and find their way to a bowl. But the Wildcats have been run off the field the last two games, and things likely won’t get better if Stoops doesn’t figure something out.
