It’s the week of Halloween and it’s a bye week for Mississippi State. I thought about spending the extra time really prepping everyone for the next opponent on the schedule.

But then I remembered we were playing Missouri.

Since I think I am pretty certain that no one wants to spend a week and a half talking about Missouri, and I don’t want to spend a week and a half writing about Missouri, why not have some fun. With that in mind, this is Halloween week and there aren’t nearly as many things that can be much more fun for people than Halloween if you do it correctly.

So there are a number of ways to go about a Halloween topic when you’re a Mississippi State fan. I thought about keeping it to just Mississippi State related events. But those aren’t nearly as much fun as including more schools in on the fun.

So I, with a little help from some suggestions that the other writers here at Maroon and White Nation provided, came up with a list of the SEC West Head Coaches as Horror Movie Monsters. I’m sure you all will agree/disagree/laugh/get highly offended by this list. And that is to be expected.

But before you go into the comments or go on Facebook and start ripping the piece apart, remember this is done with tongue firmly planted in cheek. If you hate my list, feel free to tell me where I made such an egregious error.

So let’s get things started. On to the monster, I mean coaches!
