Mississippi State Players in the NFL: NFC North

Football season is getting closer and closer. If you’re at this site, then the college game is probably your preference when it comes to football.

Maybe you care about the NFL, maybe you don’t. If you haven’t paid attention to the professional players in a while, perhaps you want to start again. But who should you pull for?

Many fanatics of the college game will often choose their favorite team based off of the players who played for their favorite college team. And if you’re a Mississippi State fan, then you have a decent number of players to choose from to pick your favorite team.

As a matter of fact, there are a total of 25 former Bulldogs currently on 21 different NFL rosters. Each one has had varying degrees of success. These lists will not include players on practice squads. It will only cover the players on active rosters. Please note, this lost was compiled before the start of any preseason games, so it is very possible that some of these players will not be on the roster when the 2015 NFL regular season begins.

We have finished up the AFC, so now we look to the NFC. Just like we did in the AFC, we will go from East to West. In the NFC North, there are four players who used to wear the Maroon and White listed on active NFL rosters. One is a soon to be rookie, another is making his debut with his new team, and the other two are trying to build upon the careers they have started with the clubs that drafted them
