Chris White wasn’t expected to do much when he came to Mississippi State as a junior college transfer. But he turned a limited skill set into a spectacular two years in Starkville, and he was drafted 169th overall in the 6th round of the NFL draft in 2011.
The Bills brought Chris White into the league, and he signed with the New England Patriots in 2013 where he has played ever since. It hasn’t been easy to find playing time for the former Bulldog, but he has made the most of his opportunity.
The highlight of his career easily occurred at the end of the 2014 season. The New England Patriots played the Seattle Seahawks in the Super Bowl, and thanks to a bad play call and goal line stand, the Patriots would win the game. He will receive his Super Bowl ring during the upcoming season.
