Miss. State Breaks Record for Season Ticket Sales in Football

We still have a little over three months to go before the start of the 2015 college football season, but per Mississippi State athletic Director Scott Stricklin, the Bulldog faithful have again broken a record for season ticket sales in football.

Mississippi State spent five weeks in 2014 atop college football as the number-one team in the country, along with winning 10-games and punching their ticket to the Orange Bowl. The Bulldogs have created a stellar home field advantage at Davis Wade Stadium and a must see venue in college football.  The Bulldogs went undefeated at home in 2014, which is a major factor to the success on the football field.  Davis Wade Stadium and the Junction also hosted College Gameday and SEC Nation twice last year.

Behind an electric, sold out crowd in 2015, the Bulldogs again look to defend their home turf.  The Bulldogs welcome LSU, Northwestern State, Troy, Louisiana Tech, Kentucky, Alabama and Ole Miss to Davis Wade Stadium this year as they again look to compete for the SEC West Crown.

If you didn’t get the chance last year, I highly recommend taking in one of these games this year as there are still several options out there to see a game in person.  The opener, September 12th against LSU should be an electric atmosphere as LSU travels as good as any team in the country. It will be MSU quarterback Dak Prescott’s last game against his home state team and a game in which the Bulldogs could again prove they belong in the conversation of the elite football teams in the country.

The Entire Bulldog Schedule for 2015 is below as well as two videos from last year to wet your football palate.
