#3: Barrin Simpson
Simpson was another key part of Joe Lee Dunn’s incredible defenses in the late 1990s (alongside Mario Haggan). His career spanned from 1996-99, where he earned numerous honors including some All-American selections.
He was only 5′-11″ but he made up for it with his tremendous play at LB. In the legendary 1999 Egg Bowl he tallied 23 tackles, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery.
Barrin went on to a long career in the CFL – 11 years in all.
