2. Auburn
If there was ever a turnaround and totally unexpected year it was the 2013 Auburn Tigers. They went 3-9 in 2012, then go 12-2 with a SEC Championship and national runner-up. While they did end the league’s streak of seven straight national championships it was quite a run of crazy finishes and intense games.
Basketball was bad as usual.
Baseball was decent for a little while but fell off, and they did not make a Regional.
