Mississippi State has opened as a 24.5 point underdog against Alabama.
The Bulldogs were able to cover the spread (+19) against Texas A&M, the first time they’ve done so since Week 4 vs. Troy (-13.5).
In 2012, most State fans were upset to find that #11 MSU was a 23 point underdog to #1 Bama, but the Tide proved it to be legit as they won 38-7.
The game will be at 6:45 CST on November 16th.
