Arkansas head coach Sam Pittman is on the hot seat. That's why he's hit the portal extremely hard and he's counting on transfers to comprise a huge portion of his starting 22.

New offensive coordinator Bobby Petrino will be asking Boise State transfer QB Taylen Green to turn around an offense that was putrid in 2023. Ja'Quinden Jackson is a 4-star transfer from Utah who needs to step up at running back and give the Hogs some productivity on the ground. That's because 2022 All-SEC running back Rocket Sanders has bolted for South Carolina.

Also making life tough on Arkansas this season will be a brutal schedule. The Hogs will play Oklahoma State in the non-conference and will face Texas, Tennessee, Ole Miss, and LSU, at home while traveling to Missouri and Auburn.
