It's National Signing Day! The first signing period for the 2025 recruiting cycle starts today, and it's a huge day for Jeff Lebby and the Mississippi State Bulldogs. Fresh off the conclusion of a rough 2-10 season in his first year, it's critical that Lebby and his staff land a strong signing class to start righting the ship in Starkville.

The Bulldogs enter National Signing Day with the nation's #27 class according to the 247 Sports Composite Rankings. Can they make a move into the Top 25 as the day goes along?

Here's a look at Mississippi State's current commitments for the Class of 2025 courtesy of 247 Sports. This graphic will update throughout the day to include any new players that announce for the Bulldogs and, of course, remove any who do not (hopefully there won't be any of those).

December 22 - Mississippi State signs JUCO TE Emekah Iloh

State added another important member to its 2025 class in TE Emekah Iloh from Coahoma CC. Iloh is the top rated JUCO TE, and is a massive 6-9, 250. He should be a vital piece for State's run blocking.

Monday Dec. 9 PM - Mississippi State flips Oklahoma wide receiver commit Gracen Harris

State picked up another offensive weapon. 88-overall 3-star WR Gracen Harris has signed with Mississippi State after previously being committed to Oklahoma. The 5-10, 170 pass-catcher from Ennis, TX is viewed as another strong athlete.

Wednesday PM - Mississippi State class ranks #28 nationally after first day of early signing period

After Wednesday's signings, Mississippi State has the nation's #28 class per the 247 Sports Composite. That's a one spot drop from the start of the day, which can largely be attributed to the lose of Zavion Hardy. Still, a respectable class for the Bulldogs.

Wednesday PM - Tyler Lockhart signs with Mississippi State after all in stunning Signing Day move

Wednesday PM - Mississippi State commit Josiah Clemons flips to Memphis

State ended Signing Day losing another long-time commitment. 86-overall 3-star offensive tackle Josiah Clemons flipped to Memphis. The 6-7, 335 lineman ultimately chose the Tigers believing he could see quicker playing time there.

Wednesday PM - Mississippi State commit Tyler Lockhart flips to Ole Miss

Another awful break for the Bulldogs. 4-star linebacker Tyler Lockhart from Winona, MS has flipped to Ole Miss on Signing Day. Lockhart, who was previously committed to Auburn, flipped to Mississippi State in September. He's flipped once again, but this time, it's away from State and to the rivals.

Wednesday PM - Lynn Haven, FL safety Lo'Kavion Jackson signs with Mississippi State

Really nice win for State here. 6-2, 195 safety Lo'Kavion Jackson from Lynn Haven, FL is signing with the Bulldogs. Rated as an 87-overall 3-star, Jackson was a long-time State commit, but there was heavy momentum for Louisville and Florida State in recent weeks to flip him. Instead, MSU holds on.

Wednesday PM - Warner Robins, GA wide receiver Isaiah Mitchell signs with Mississippi State

Another pass-catcher on board with the Bulldogs. 5-11, 175 wide receiver Isaiah Mitchell has signed with Mississippi State. The 86-overall 3-star from Warner Robins, GA flipped his commitment from Cincinnati to MSU two days ago.

Wednesday PM - Shasta College offensive lineman Matthew Lefeau signs with Mississippi State

Another JUCO lineman is headed to Starkville. 84-overall 3-star Matthew Lefeau from Shasta College in Washington has signed with the Bulldogs. Lefeau is massive at 6-5, 350 and chose State over Arizona, Arizona State, and BYU.

Wednesday PM - New Iberia, LA wide receiver Davian Jackson signs with Mississippi State

The Bulldogs picked up another play maker in the receiving corps. 6-1, 185 wide receiver Davian Jackson signed with the Bulldogs. The 89-overall 3-star from New Iberia, LA chose MSU over Arkansas and UTSA.

Wednesday AM - Camden, MS edge rusher Tyshun Willis signs with Mississippi State

State's highest-ranked commitment is officially on board. 94-overall 4-star edge rusher Tyshun Willis signed with the Bulldogs. The 6-1, 230 defender from Camden, MS committed to MSU over Ole Miss, Baylor, and Missouri in April.

Wednesday AM - Macon, MS quarterback KaMario Taylor signs with Mississippi State

State has landed its leader in this 2025 class. Elite 4-star quarterback KaMario Taylor from Macon, MS has signed with the Bulldogs. The 93-overall prospect and Elite 11 finalist has been committed to MSU since 2023, choosing them over Texas A&M and Georgia.

Wednesday AM - East Central CC cornerback Amarien Jefferson signs with Mississippi State

Another JUCO defender has signed with the Bulldogs. 6-1, 180 cornerback Amarien Jefferson from East Central CC committed to Mississippi State at the end of November. He is rated as an 86-overall 3-star.

Wednesday AM - Hattiesburg, MS wide receiver Anson Lewis signs with Mississippi State

State adds a weapon to their receiving corps. 6-0, 195 wide receiver Anson Lewis from Hattiesburg has signed with the Bulldogs. The 87-overall 3-star held offers from Ole Miss and Arkansas.

Wednesday AM - Northwest Mississippi CC offensive tackle Jahkeem Shumpert signs with Mississippi State

State continues building O-Line depth. 6-5, 325 tackle Jahkeem Shumpert from Northwest Mississippi CC has signed with the Bulldogs. He is rated as an 85-overall 3-star prospect.

Wednesday AM - Dyersburg, TN offensive tackle Breyden Turnage signs with Mississippi State

85-overall 3-star offensive tackle Breyden Turnage has signed with the Bulldogs. The 6-8, 285 prospect only recently began playing football but has the natural athleticism to become a great player. He flipped his commitment from Memphis to MSU in November.

Wednesday AM - Gulf Shores, AL running back Kolin Wilson signs with Mississippi State

State signed an explosive rusher for their offense. 5-9, 180 running back Kolin Wilson from Gulf Shores, AL is a Bulldog. The 85-overall, 3-star flipped from Cincinnati to Mississippi State in June.

Wednesday AM - Mississippi Delta CC safety Ja'Bryis Stewart signs with Mississippi State

85-overall 3-star Ja'Bryis Stewart has signed with MSU. The 6-3, 200 safety from Mississippi Delta CC committed to the Bulldogs in November. He chose State over FIU and Old Dominion.

Wednesday AM - Milton, FL tight end Joeseph Skipworth signs with Mississippi State

87-overall 3-star Joeseph Skipworth has signed with the Bulldogs. The 6-5, 220 tight end from Milton, FL flipped his commitment from Kansas to Mississippi State in November

Wednesday AM - Mississippi State flips Houston cornerback commit Kyle Johnson

A nice Signing Day win for MSU. Houston cornerback commit Kyle Johnson has flipped to the Bulldogs. The 91-overall 4-star out of Bunkie, LA chose MSU over the Cougars and Virginia.

Wednesday AM - Mississippi State commit Zavion Hardy flips to South Carolina

The Bulldog class suffered a major blow. 4-star JUCO defensive end Zavion Hardy from East Mississippi, the nation's #1 JUCO prospect, has flipped to South Carolina on Signing Day. The Gamecocks pursued him hard, and he made the move. Hardy was expected to be a major contributor for MSU next season.

Wednesday AM - Tyler JC defensive lineman Jamarcus Moye signs with Mississippi State

JUCO defensive lineman Jamarcus Moye is a Bulldog. Moye, who hails from Tyler Junior College, is massive at 6-4, 320 and is rated as an 88-overall 3-star. He committed the Bulldogs over the weekend.

Wednesday AM - Athens, AL offensive tackle Spencer Dowland signs with Mississippi State

State added future depth to their offensive line. Tackle Spencer Dowland signed with the Bulldogs. The 6-6, 290 prospect from Athens, AL is rated as an 88-overall 3-star. Dowland was originally committed to Auburn.

Wednesday AM - Miami, FL safety Sekou Smith Jr. signs with Mississippi State

Safety Sekou Smith Jr. has signed with MSU. The 6-0.5, 160 prospect from Miami is rated as an 86-overall 3-star. He chose the Bulldogs over Miami, Ole Miss, and Missouri.

Wednesday AM - Madison, AL linebacker AJ Rice signs with Mississippi State

88-overall 3-star linebacker AJ Rice has signed with the Bulldogs. The 6-1, 240 prospect out of Madison, AL has been committed to MSU since September of 2023. He chose MSU over Georgia Tech and Arkansas.

Wednesday AM - Bartlett, TN running back Geron Johnson signs with Mississippi State

State adds a playmaker to the backfield. 5-10, 185 running back Geron Johnson out of Bartlett, TN has signed with the Bulldogs. The 87-overall 3-star originally committed to MSU in June.

Wednesday AM - East Mississippi CC defensive lineman Mason Clinton signs with Mississippi State

The Bulldogs continue their work in the JUCO ranks. 86-overall 3-star defensive lineman Mason Clinton from East Mississippi is officially a Bulldog. The 6-5, 290 prospect committed to MSU in November.

Wednesday AM - Hinds CC offensive tackle Saquon Miles signs with Mississippi State

Offensive tackle Saquon Miles is a Bulldog. The 6-6, 300 lineman from Hinds CC is the nation's top JUCO offensive tackle with an 87-overall, 3-star rating. Miles committed to Mississippi State last week, but State had to survive a late surge by Ole Miss.

Wednesday AM - East Mississippi CC safety Tony Mitchell signs with Mississippi State

Another JUCO prospect is in the boat. 4-star safety Tony Mitchell from East Mississippi CC has signed with the Bulldogs. The 6-2, 205 Mitchell began his college career at Alabama and is rated as a 90-overall prospect. He committed to MSU in September over Ole Miss.

Wednesday AM - Copiah-Lincoln CC linebacker LaKendrick James signs with Mississippi State

LaKendrick James is the first JUCO signee for the Bulldogs. The 6-2, 217 linebacker out of Co-Lin is rated as an 86-overall 3-star by 247 Sports. He's been committed to Mississippi State since June, choosing them over Ole Miss.

Tuesday PM - Bulldogs target Tyeland Coleman commits to Florida State

The night before Signing Day, the Bulldogs got some unfortunate news. Northwest Mississippi CC defensive lineman Tyeland Coleman committed to Florida State. The 6-4, 285 JUCO prospect was rated as an 88-overall 3-star by 247 Sports. He chose FSU over Mississippi State and Illinois.
