Mississippi State basketball has swung in the wrong direction over the last week, dropping consecutive road games. The # 24 Bulldogs, 19-9 on the year and 7-8 in the SEC, get a much-needed home game to try and right the ship, hosting the LSU Tigers.

The Bayou Bengals haven't at all had the year three they hoped for under Matt McMahon. They're 14-14 overall with just three SEC wins. But they have been close against multiple quality opponents, and they're no doubt hungry for a big win for some program momentum.
