With two fairly evenly matched teams according to the metrics, it makes sense that home court is what would give UGA the edge. There's also a chance this game ends up just a bit lower-scoring, as the over/under is set for 142.

This should be a good one in Athens. Georgia plays well defensively and has been fantastic at home, and when State has seen good defenses on the road, they've struggled. But the good news for State is that Georgia has not been a good three-point shooting team and doesn't have much offensively outside of their post play. That's been a favorable matchup for State this year. I'll say that matchup plus the extra rest for State is enough for a needed road win.
