How to watch 2023 Egg Bowl: Mississippi State vs. Ole Miss live stream, TV channel, stats
By Ethan Lee
The Battle for the Golden Egg is here, so here’s how to watch the 2023 Egg Bowl between the Mississippi State Bulldogs and Ole Miss Rebels.
The annual Battle for the Golden Egg is a remarkably odd rivalry game. Just tons of weirdness happens with regularity. This year’s Egg Bowl is a critical one for the Mississippi State football team, who needs a win to secure bowl eligibility. Meanwhile, Ole Miss is trying to get to 10 wins on the season.
The Bulldogs enter the game with a 5-6 record (1-6 SEC) after handing the Southern Miss Golden Eagles a 41-20 defeat last week. Now the Bulldogs are looking for an unlikely win to secure bowl eligibility all while they look for a new head coach to lead the program in the long run.
With Greg Knox as the interim head coach at the helm though, MSU did just get a solid win and he’s well-known for helping guide the Bulldogs to a solid victory over a Lamar Jackson-led Louisville Cardinals team back in 2017.
So, as MSU gets set to face Ole Miss in hopes of securing bowl eligibility, here’s what you need to watch the Bulldogs and Rebels in the 2023 Egg Bowl:

The Bulldogs are going to need to make some sort of shocking statement in this game because Ole Miss just looks so much better than MSU does at the moment. This Mississippi State football season has gotten so far away from what it should have been when looking back at where the program was last December. So, here’s to hoping for an Egg Bowl miracle.
