Letâs go!
Week 12 SEC Picks and College Football Best Bets
No. 1 Georgia (-10.5) @ No. 18 Tennessee (O/U 58.5)
Evan Ertel:Â Tennessee was absolutely manhandled last week in Columbia, and they are certainly not bouncing back as the Athens Death Star nears its completion. Georgia -10.5
Justin Strawn: Georgia is case study number one on why picking against the spread is hard. As a matter of fact, In ESPNâs college pick âem, Iâm in the top .5 percentile of their season-long competition. I have a legitimate shot at winning. But they donât do it against the spread, and Georgia has been horribly inconsistent when it comes to the spread. I think Georgia knows they need the style points this week, and they cover this one, even if it is on the road. Georgia -10.5
Andrew Miller: Letâs make this simple. Tennessee isnât that good. Georgia is. And Georgia showed last year they have the formula to shut down Tennesseeâs Veer and Shoot against a much better Vol offense. The Dawgs handle business. Georgia -10.5
Ethan Lee: Georgia is the much better team here and that was observable last week. Tennesseeâs offense isnât consistent enough against solid defenses this season. Meanwhile, weâve seen Georgia continue to gain steam as the season goes on. Georgia -10.5
Ryan Strickland: Georgia is a lot better than Tennessee and just crushed Ole Miss. Playing at Tennessee is never easy nowadays but Georgia is on a roll and will be too much for Tennessee. Georgia -10.5
John King: Tennessee has been a lot better in the last two years than they had been in the previous twenty, but unfortunately for Vols fans, theyâre still a step behind the ugly dogs. And by âstep behindâ I mean not within 10.5 points. Georgia -10.5
