This season hasn’t gone according to plan for Zach Arnett and the Mississippi State football team, but MSU might have a shot to bounce back against Texas A&M.

This Saturday, Zach Arnett and the Mississippi State Bulldogs will head to College Station in search of an upset as they face the Texas A&M Aggies.

Arnett and the Mississippi State football team have dropped their last two SEC contests in frustrating fashion and the Bulldogs currently sit at 4-5 on the season and 1-5 against SEC foes. Meanwhile, Jimbo Fisher’s Texas A&M Aggies are sitting at 5-4 overall and 3-3 in SEC play as the Aggies come off a rough road loss to Ole Miss last weekend.

Both the Bulldogs and the Aggies need a win here and both head coaches certainly need something positive to talk about in hopes of relieving some of the pressure they’re currently facing.

Who will come out on top? Well, it’ll be someone wearing Maroon and White.

The Bulldogs desperately need a win if they’re going to make it to a bowl game. Arnett needs a win to get Mississippi State football fans to settle down for a bit. Mississippi State football fans need a win to see that there’s something positive that can be seen in this mess of a season.

A win would be just great. But we’ll see who actually comes out on top in this game. Because there’s a very real chance that it’s not MSU.
