We’ve already gone through a few coaches that Mississippi State football fans should know about, but I’ve been keeping up with a list of over 20 coaches for a little while now. And that list has changed here and there with a few different factors throughout the season up to this point.
While I admittedly have absolutely no clue if the Mississippi State Bulldogs will be moving on from Zach Arnett at any point soon, it’s clear that things are suboptimal for MSU right now. And as Arnett’s name and buyout keep getting brought up by national college football writers and reporters, it’s fair to start looking around at some other coaches.
There are some arguments for keeping Arnett for another year, but we can talk about those at another point. There are a number of compelling arguments for moving on from Arnett and the results on the field are a huge part of that.
The Bulldogs are dysfunctional and just keep losing. While winning is hard, it shouldn’t be quite this difficult for a team that managed to secure nine wins a season ago.

I have no clue. Should he fire MSU’s first year head coach? Great question, I don’t have that answer. What I do have is a list of some fascinating college football coaches. And it’s a list that MSU fans might as well take a gander at.
