With Zach Arnett included on a couple hot seat lists, let’s start examining possible coaches the Bulldogs could hire. With the help of AI, that is.

While Zach Arnett might be under some pressure from fans and has found himself on a couple noteworthy hot seat lists, Bing’s AI image generator has generated some possible new head coaches for MSU.

That’s because I asked it to figure out what to do with Mississippi State football in the event that the Bulldogs needed a new head coach.

I’ve made it clear that I have no idea if Arnett is actually on the hot seat, but it’s worth remembering that national college football writers are discussing the possibility of buyouts and needing to find a head coach.

So, if the Bulldogs need a new head coach, who should Zac Selmon hire?

Maybe an AI generated idea!

And here’s what AI cooked up to help the Mississippi State football program move forward. Let’s take a look:

Okay, these coaches are great. Just truly great. Just look at these good coaches.

These coaches? Also good for MSU. Though I have questions about why some of them are wearing jerseys while they’re coaching on the field? That seems a little odd.

Have you ever seen a better possible coach for the MSU Bulldogs than actual MSU Bulldogs?

One of them has an extra arm-leg situation, which might be useful for a dog that has to stand on all four legs and then needs a hand to help instruct football players, I suppose. One is some sort of human-bulldog hybrid, which seems a little odd.

And one is smoking a pipe. That seems unhealthy, but hey, it’s a personal choice.

Varying degrees of brilliant here, but my favorite is the one that looks like someone just got dressed up in the Bully mascot costume and was allowed to coach the football team. We can do that with the current coaching staff, by the way. There’s nothing saying we can’t.

Again, shoutout to Bing for generating these great ideas because they’re a ton of fun.

As for whether or not MSU will hire any of these guys? I don’t know. Seems doubtful. There might be some sort of policy in place that requires coaches to be human.

Also, there’s a very real chance that Zach Arnett gets things turned around and gets back to winning. Winning cures everything and would certainly release any pressure that Arnett might be finding himself under.

And if Arnett gets the Bulldogs back to winning, then we won’t hire any of these Bing AI generated coaches, which isn’t a bad thing.
