While the Mississippi State football team is trying to stay perfect, MSU fans are being called to join in on the weekend’s fun with a stripe out of Davis Wade Stadium.

Zach Arnett and the Mississippi State football team have the delightful and absolutely unenviable task of trying to stay unbeaten while they face off against Brian Kelly and the No. 14 LSU Tigers Saturday afternoon.

That’s tough. That’s really tough. LSU is a college football blue blood and boasts a ton of talent all over its roster. Historically, Mississippi State doesn’t have a ton of success beating LSU. It’s a tough task!

What’s not tough is ensuring that you show up wearing the correct color shirt for whatever section of Davis Wade Stadium you happen to be seated in this weekend.

Let’s just take a look at the map, shall we?

Please wear the correct color as Mississippi State football set to stripe out Davis Wade Stadium

THAT’S RIGHT! THE ATHLETICS DEPARTMENT MADE A MAP! IT’S SUPPOSED TO HELP YOU WEAR THE RIGHT COLOR.

So, please wear the right color.

Just check out the map and figure out what section you’re sitting in. And then wear the corresponding color. Whether it’s maroon or white (ABSOLUTELY NOT PURPLE OR YELLOW). Wear the color that the rest of your section is slated to wear.

If you don’t like maps (odd, but fair, I suppose), the Mississippi State Bulldogs have made it easy for their fans to figure out what color to wear. All they need to do is use this handy dandy tool on the MSU athletics website.

Put in where your seat is. Find out what color shirt to wear.

And then wear that shirt. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: it doesn’t necessarily need to be anything that is branded with Mississippi State on it (just keep it clean and not profane and definitely not an Ole Miss or LSU or Texas A&M or whatever sort of shirt).

Maroon. White. Whatever color your section is supposed to be clad in. And then wear that. Please?

Again, Mississippi State football fans have an easy job Saturday. They’re not the ones trying to beat up on the LSU Tigers. Will Rogers and Bookie Watson and company? They’ve got an unenviable task ahead of them this weekend.

All you need to do is make sure your shirt is the correct color. That’s not hard, right?
