The Wisconsin Badgers are consistently successful. They’d provide a really tough test for Mississippi State football if the two teams ever met

Wisconsin. The Badgers. The Wisconsin Badgers, if you will.

A well respected brand in all of college football. A very accomplished program that has seen some pretty notable amounts of success, though they don’t have a rich history of national championships. That said, Wisconsin has earned 14 Big Ten championships and has played in 10 Rose Bowls.

While Wisconsin fans may want more success (every program always wants more success), they have a lot to be proud of. And they’d certainly prove to be a really tough test for the Mississippi State Bulldogs, should these two programs ever get the chance to meet up.

Camp Randall Stadium is an iconic college football venue that is home to one of the most engaged and passionate fanbases in the country.

The Badgers are stereotypically known for trusting dominant running backs and methodical, slow rushing attacks, but their recent hire of Luke Fickell (and Phil Longo as his offensive coordinator) may indicate some changes are coming for the way they operate.

Wisconsin is a fascinating program and meeting one of the most iconic Big Ten teams could lead to a fun home-and-home opportunity for the Bulldogs if MSU ever got the chance to make that happen.7
