Chris Jansโ€™ undefeated Bulldogs have their next task on the slate today at 1 p.m. CT, where they welcome Mississippi Valley State into the Hump for what should be a showcase for the home fans of what this team is capable of. The Delta Devils are currently a bottom-3 team in the KenPom rankings and, if things go as planned, should be a mere bump on the road to staying undefeated into conference play.

Todayโ€™s game is the last contest before a brief pause for finals, with their next game not for another 7 days. Offensive tune-ups are what I am looking for most in this game, and that goes for the whole roster. Anyone that has watched the Basketdawgs this season can see that we are far from the sharpest offensive team, we simply smother you on defense and buckle down for a rock fight on the other end. I want to see easy shots made at a high clip and taking advantage of a weak defense to capitalize on clean looks.

MSU vs MVSU can be caught live on SEC Network+ at 1 p.m. CT from the Humphrey Coliseum in beautiful Starkville, MS.
