Mississippi State Football: Predictions and odds for week 11

My father played a large role in my addiction to college football and the Mississippi State football team. I have grown up watching, listening to, and traveling to SEC games all over the country with him. One of the conversations we tend to always have before the weekend is the betting lines. Now hear me out… We don’t actually place any bets, but we do seem to know how the games will end up. Every week, my dad and I will call each other to pick the SEC lines of the week.
Before the day kicks off at 11:00 a.m. CT, be sure to check out our picks. I am not saying that we’re always correct, but I am saying that we are usually close. We typically pick the Mississippi State Bulldogs no matter who they are playing so you might not want to use our advice in that game. The lines that we base our picks off of are found at FanDuel.com. Missouri @ Tennesse (-20.5)
Dad: That’s a hard one, but I think Tennesse will cover.
Landon: I think Tennessee comes back ready to prove something after the UGA loss. Give me the Volunteers.
LSU (-3.5) @ Arkansas
Dad: Are you kidding me right now? I’m praying that LSU covers this one. I’m fearful that Vegas knows something I don’t know. Give me the Tigers.
Landon: LSU should dominate this game, but stranger things have happened. I’ll take the Tigers.
Vanderbilt @ Kentucky (-17.5)
Dad: Since it’s at Kentucky, I’ll go with the Wildcats to cover.
Landon: I’ll go with Vandy hanging around to cover but lose.
Alabama (-11.5) @ Ole Miss
Dad: I like Alabama to win this game, but I like Ole Miss to cover.
Landon: Give me Bama to win and cover.
South Carolina @ Florida (-8.5)
Dad: I like the Gators to cover. They’re playing pretty good ball right now.
Landon: Hmm… I think Florida should win by 10+ at home. I’ll go with the Gators too.
Texas A&M @ Auburn (-1.5)
Dad: A&M covers on the plains.
Landon: I like Auburn rallying behind Coach Cadillac. Give me the Tigers.
Georgia (-16.5) @ Mississippi State
Dad: I just heard a guy on the radio say to take Mississippi State to cover with UGA coming off their biggest win of the season. Let’s go with State covering, 31-29 Bulldogs… Mississippi State wins.
Landon: Bulldogs cover without a doubt … lol. Yes, I’m looking through my maroon and white nation glasses, but I’ll take Mississippi State in upset fashion, 32-27.
