Mississippi State Bulldogs vs. Auburn Tigers: Start time, live stream, TV info and more
By Landon Young
The Mississippi State Bulldogs take on the Auburn Tigers tonight at 6:30 p.m. CT/7:30 p.m. ET. The Mississippi State football team is back at home for the first time since the beginning of October. The matchup between the Bulldogs and the Tigers will be played at Davis Wade Stadium in Starkville, Mississippi.
Here are some notes that you need to know before watching today’s game:
This will be the 96th meeting between the Bulldogs and the Tigers.
In 2021, one could argue that this matchup was the best half of football that we have seen Mike Leach’s Mississippi State football team play. The first half looked like all hope was lost, but the Bulldogs fought back down 28-3 and won 43-34 in Jordan-Hare Stadium. This year, the game will be played at Davis Wade Stadium in Starkville, Mississippi.
Auburn has an interim head coach in Cadillac Williams.
Carnell “Cadillac” Williams has stepped in as Auburn’s interim head coach after Bryan Harsin was fired earlier this week. Expect the Tigers to come out with a bit more fire than we’ve seen on their team this season.
Mississippi State needs to win today.
This a must-win game for Mike Leach and the Mississippi State Bulldogs. The Bulldogs cannot overlook tonight’s game vs. the Tigers.
You might be asking yourself, “How can I watch today’s Mississippi State game?” I have great news. Every week, there will be an article solely dedicated to giving you the links to the Mississippi State game of the week.
