Mississippi State Bulldogs vs. Alabama Crimson Tide: Start time, live stream, TV info and more
By Landon Young
The Mississippi State Bulldogs take on the Alabama Crimson Tide tonight at 6:00 p.m. CT/7:00 p.m. ET. The Mississippi State football team is back on the road headed to Tuscaloosa, Alabama. The matchup between the Bulldogs and the Crimson Tide will be played at Bryant-Denny Stadium in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
Here are some notes that you need to know before watching today’s game:
Mississippi State football has played Alabama 5 times after a loss in Nick Saban’s tenure.
Unfortunately, that stat is true. The Bulldogs always seem to catch Nick Saban and the Tide angry and here we are again.
Mississippi State has not scored a touchdown in Tuscaloosa since 2014.
No. 1 Mississippi State heads to Tuscaloosa to take on the No. 5 Alabama Crimson Tide. Dak Prescott hits Jameon Lewis for a four-yard pass in the endzone for a touchdown to make it 25-20 Alabama. That, my friends, was the last time Mississippi State found the endzone at Bryant-Denny Stadium.
Is Alabama mad or is Alabama not Alabama this year?
Look, everyone always goes on and on about how Alabama is furious after a loss, but let’s look at what’s happened this year. The Tide struggled vs. Texas, Arkansas, Texas A&M, and obviously lost to Tennessee last week. Two of those teams, Mississippi State dominated up and down the field. Mississippi State can go to Tuscaloosa and compete today. The question is, “Will the Bulldogs beat themselves?”
You might be asking yourself, “How can I watch today’s Mississippi State game?” I have great news. Every week, there will be an article solely dedicated to giving you the links to the Mississippi State game of the week.
