The Mississippi State Bulldogs are back on the road headed to Lexington this weekend to face off against the Kentucky Wildcats. The Mississippi State football team is now 5-1 (2-1). Last week, the Bulldogs picked up another SEC win by defeating the Razorbacks 40-17. Now, their attention turns toward the Wildcats.

The Mississippi State Bulldogs are in Lexington, Kentucky this Saturday night. The Mississippi State football team will be hosted by the Kentucky Wildcats this Saturday at 6:30 p.m. CT. Mississippi State is currently a -4.5 point favorite according to Fanduel.comGame odds refresh periodically and are subject to change.

This will be the 50th matchup between the Mississippi State Bulldogs and the Kentucky Wildcats. The Bulldogs currently lead this series 25-24, separated by only last year’s win. Oddly enough, the home team has won the last seven years. Mississippi State has not won in Lexington since Dak Prescott’s No. 1 team in the nation.

Last year, the Bulldogs played one of their most complete games under Mike Leach in 2021. Will Rogers finished last year’s game vs. Kentucky with 344 yards, 1 touchdown, and 36/39 through the air. The craziest stat of that night was the 36/39 completions which resulted in a 92% completion rating. Rogers also was mistake-free with zero interceptions. Mistake-free football might be the most important goal for Will Rogers and the Mississippi State football offense this Saturday night in Lexington.
