The Mississippi State Bulldogs are headed to Tucson, Arizona to take on the Arizona Wildcats. Tonight’s game will begin at 10:00 p.m. CT. The matchup between the Bulldogs and the Wildcats will be played at Arizona Stadium in Tucson, Arizona.

Here are some notes that you need to know before watching tonight’s game:

The game starts at 10:00 p.m. CT

This does not favor the Mississippi State Bulldogs. The Arizona Wildcats are used to playing late into the evening due to the Arizona heat. I don’t see this being a huge factor since the Mississippi State football team arrived yesterday and adjusted to the time zone.

Arizona beat the San Diego State Aztecs last week.

Last week, the Arizona Wildcats tied their win total from last season. The Wildcats defeated the San Diego State Aztecs, 38-20. Transfer quarterback, Jayden de Laura, played well last week with 299 yards passing and 4 touchdowns. The offensive production from Arizona was much different than last year.

Mississippi State avenged the Memphis Tigers last week.

After the debacle of 2021, the Mississippi State Bulldogs handled the Memphis Tigers last week, 49-23. Starting quarterback, Will Rogers, finished the game with 450 yards and 5 touchdowns.

Mississippi State is going to throw more than 16 times.

San Diego State only threw the ball 16 times last week. Mississippi State threw the ball 49 times. That’s 33 more times than the Aztecs. The Wildcats will face a much different offense tonight vs. a coach who likes to throw the ball 40+ times a game.
