Dak Prescott had an amazing year in 2014. He led the Bulldogs to the Number 1 Ranking in the AP Poll, was named to 1st Team All SEC, and finished 8th in the Heisman voting. But all of the “experts” keep telling Mississippi State and its fans Dak isn’t a quarterback. He’s really a tight end.
Who are these experts? Here are just a few of them.
If Bo Wallace can't make a practice team, Dak Prescott better start learning tight end routes

Dak Prescott is going to be one hell of a NFL tight end!

Dak Prescott would be a second string guy in the NFL...at tight end

Dak Prescott to Jags in 6th rd as tight end.

And even Colin Cowherd decided to give his expert analysis on Dak Prescott. Truth be told, Cowherd is probably the first to recognize the true abilities of Dak Prescott.
Dak Prescott is a back up in NFL. At tight end.

So after hearing all of these experts opinion, Dak Prescott decided to make the switch. Here is what he had to say.
"After weighing all of the opinions of so many football experts, I have decided to make a switch from quarterback to tight end. I never should have believed I could play quarterback at any level. The Media and Coaches made a serious error when they voted me as the First Team All SEC quarterback at the end of 2014, and for the same honor on the Preseason All SEC team."
Dan Mullen wasn’t surprised by the decision Dak Prescott made today. As a matter of fact, Dan Mullen, the constant innovator, made a rather shocking announcement about a change in his offensive philosophy.
"You know, all of our quarterbacks are pretty big guys that can run. It occurred to me after Dak made his decision we’ve been playing the game all wrong. We don’t have any quarterbacks, just a bunch of guys perfectly capable of playing tight end. So for 2015, that’s what we’re doing. We’re playing the game without a quarterback. Not exactly sure how it is going to work, but we’ll figure something out."
Many of the moves by Mullen have been openly questioned by Bulldog fans, but this one will really leave them scratching their heads. We’ll have to wait and see how it plays out.
If you missed the satire category at the top of the page, this is me telling you none of this was true. There’s still over a month away from college football. Thought I’d have a little fun.
