Offense: C+

The offense for Mississippi State has been the top unit in the SEC all season long, but it was a struggle for the Bulldogs against Arkansas. Yes, the Bulldogs put up over 450 yards of offense, but it wasn’t easy. The one thing the Razorbacks do is make you play a slow ugly pace, and it often can make a team’s offense get completely out of rhythm. That appeared to be the case Saturday. The offense took two or three plays to get clicking on each possession because they were on the sidelines for so long. Adding the fact that it was the first really cold day of the year, and the offense was getting cold quickly.

Earning Extra Credit: Josh Robinson. Dak Prescott may be the Heisman Trophy candidate, but the Bowling Ball has been the most consistent player on the team. The Razorbacks did a great job of containing the running game of Mississippi State, so the coaching staff had to find ways to get the ball to Robinson. They did an excellent job of getting him the ball through the air instead of the ground. Robinson showed off some serious versatility Saturday night.

Forgot to put their name on their paper: De’Runnya Wilson. Wilson hasn’t been the same dynamic receiving option since the Auburn game. Secondaries are starting to focus on him now that Jameon Lewis has been out or ineffective, and it shows. He is a big target that can go up and get the ball on his own, and he needs to establish his presence more in the passing game if the Bulldogs are going to continue to win.
