Dawgs Go Down in Oxford

The Bulldogs just didn’t have near enough to pull off the upset up north. Rebs win 82-63.

Ole Miss really fed off the crowd, many of which were wearing “Beat State” shirts. Every time MSU would pull a little closer they’d find a way to extend their lead. Henderson and Summers scored 19 points and they shot 46% from the field – much better than in Starkville. MSU’s only double-digit scorers were from the bench in I.J. Ready and Roquez Johnson.

Mississippi State is now 13-6 (3-3). Next up is a home game vs. Florida on Thursday night.
