It’s fall break on campus. I thought that would be a perfect scenario for students as they could now tailgate all day like they normally would on a Saturday free from any classes and then have no classes on Friday as well to sleep in, recover, what have you, but apparently there is some concern about a thin student section for this game. That would be a shame. They didn’t even have fall break when I was in school just 10 years ago.  I’m not really sure why more time off is needed when you only go to class for 15 hours a week for 8 months, but hey, what do I know. For the students that are there, you may have to make up for those missing in action.

It should be pretty chilly., temps in the 50s are expected.

Dan Mullen is 4-0 all against Kentucky, and expected to make it 5-0. The Bulldogs are 10 point favorites in this game. Oddly enough, it’s only the second time Mullen has faced UK in Starkville in his five years due to a wrinkle in the scheduling with the addition of Mizzou and A&M.

Hail State!
